1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Card Rush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. 4. Virtual Assets and Tokens

Card Rush may include virtual assets, tokens, or currencies that can be purchased or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual assets have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money from Card Rush;
• Card Rush reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual assets at its sole discretion;
• Prices and availability of virtual items are subject to change without notice;
• The transfer of accounts or virtual assets to other users is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Card Rush.

5. User Conduct

While using Card Rush, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service;

Card Rush makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Card Rush does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Card Rush or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Card Rush, even if Card Rush or a Card Rush authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
